My Outback became inoperable due to a faulty thermal sensor & I had to get it towed to the Summet Subaru in El Cajon. The repair was under warranty & there was no charge to me for the repair. Lies and sells un authorized products. Refunded DMV charges . Smogged a truck not needed had to leave my truck 25 days for repairs with no concession on payments of the truck and told me nothing was wrong with cooling system and had replace radiator and hoses coolant and cap to fix coolant leak . I was treated very well, everything happened so fast, I felt a little whelm with the explaining of paper work. I wanted a payment closer to 400 dollars and I am now with a payment of 526.00 this is a bit pricey because I have to take in account the payment for auto insurance which I didn’t expect to be so high. I was treated nice, but like I said it was all so fast, the coverage for the windshield was pushed somewhat and now that I think about it, auto insurance includes coverage.

Dealership is great. Only down side they went thru all my gas when fixing and are cheap to fill it up because their fixing your issue but your spending hundreds of dollars sounds like a cheap dealership.

Easy to schedule service. However, my lease transaction was with the previous owner and his staff/personnel are all gone. I am still owed money since my trade-in was worth much more. I had to purchase my leased CRV from Honda rather than Subaru of El Cajon doing the exchange on a dealer-to-dealer basis. Hence, I paid full price but was not credited properly for this exchange.

Salespeople (2) did not have full knowledge of the hybrid, did not back up each other, attempted to trick & manipulate price promises & negotiations. Acted petty and condescending toward me. I have bought 6 cars during my lifetime. New, used, personal and through dealerships. Never have I received such shoddy treatment. I always viewed the stereotype of sleazy car salespeople as wrong but ElCajon salespeople & manager definitely are sleazy.

We bought a car in May of 2023 and 4 months later we are still waiting for them to complete the transaction and send our title documents. We call, leave a message and no one has called us back for months. Help! This is ridiculous!

Great follow up service after having a nerve-wracking experience out of town! Problem was addressed.
We had a nerve-wracking experience with the car while on our way to Sedona for the weekend. Subaru Roadside assistance was there to provide support altho couldn't guide us on how to restart the engine.
