Easy to schedule service. However, my lease transaction was with the previous owner and his staff/personnel are all gone. I am still owed money since my trade-in was worth much more. I had to purchase my leased CRV from Honda rather than Subaru of El Cajon doing the exchange on a dealer-to-dealer basis. Hence, I paid full price but was not credited properly for this exchange.

The service manager was clear, concise, and accurate. An issue with the battery was quickly brought to my attention and resolved. All work was completed before the estimated time. Good work by the technicians! The waiting area was clean and comfortable.

This was our first visit to have our Subaru serviced. All went well, they kept us informed as to the servicing progress. Our car was finished promptly and brought to us. They even gave us a ticket to take our car to a nearby car wash, as the car wash at the dealership was not available.

Great follow up service after having a nerve-wracking experience out of town! Problem was addressed. We had a nerve-wracking experience with the car while on our way to Sedona for the weekend. Subaru Roadside assistance was there to provide support altho couldn't guide us on how to restart the engine. In the end we were towed to our destination and the car seemed to have recharged itself and we were able to have a driveable car to complete our trip. I was more than pleased that Subaru of El Cajon approved the full repair of an ignition malfunction issue even though we were 2 mths. outside of the warranty window. Additionally, we were provided a loaner car to use while the repair was waiting approval from the District office over the holidays. This whole experience made us feel valued and taken care of. You simply can’t ask for anything more in a good customer service experience!

I am very happy with the service department at the Subaru dealership in El Cajon. I took my car to be seen for a grinding/rattle sound in my tires when breaking.
